Q: What shipping options are available?
A: For domestic (US) orders, packages will be sent via USPS First Class Shipping (2-5 days)
International Orders will be shipped via USPS First class international (2-4 weeks)
Q: My package hasn't arrived yet. What should I do?
A: Please contact your local post office first! I provide tracking on all orders, so please follow the progress there! Most likely you incorrectly entered the address or for some reason the post is holding onto it. If a package is returned to me due to an incorrect address, I can resend it for an additional shipping fee.
Q: How long will it take to ship my order?
A: Orders typically ship within 1 - 3 business days.
Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: All orders have tracking numbers so you can follow your order. Typically, orders take 1-3 business after shipment to arrive. I ship from California. International orders typically take 2-4 weeks to arrive (But can take up to 6-8 weeks!).
Q: The product I want is out of stock! Will it be restocked?
A: Most items will be restocked, however there is never any guarentee. The best place to stay up to date on restocks is Instagram (@PewterCityTradingCo)
Q: What if I want a refund or want to cancel my order?
A: Contact email@example.com as soon as possible. If the order has not already been packaged for shipment I may be able to cancel the order. Otherwise we do not refund orders.

Q: What if I purchase a pre-order item?
A: For both domestic and international orders, all products will ship together once the pre-ordered products arrives as shipping can be very expensive! This means any in stock items will also be held until then.
